Lemon balm leaf

Lemon balm is used for anxiety, stress, insomnia, indigestion (dyspepsia), dementia, and many other conditions

Hibiscus flowers

Believed to reduce fever and treat heart and nerve disorders. Effective in treating high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol. Decreases body temperature, treats heart disease and soothes a sore throat.

Wormwood herb

Wormwood is used for various digestion problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, gall bladder disease, and intestinal spasms. Wormwood is also used to treat fever, liver disease, depression, muscle pain, memory loss, and worm infections; to increase sexual desire; as a tonic; and to stimulate sweating.

Mugwort herb

People take mugwort root as a “tonic” and boost energy. People take the rest of the plant for stomach and intestinal conditions including colic, diarrhea, constipation, cramps, weak digestion, worm infestations, and persistent vomiting. Mugwort is also used to stimulate gastric juice and bile secretion.

Calendula flowers

The herb's antifungal and antimicrobial properties help prevent infection and heal injuries to body tissues. Calendula is also known to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components, which might help to fight cancer, protect against heart disease, and ease muscle fatigue.

Chamomile flowers

Reducing menstrual pain, treating diabetes and lowering blood sugar, slowing or preventing osteoporosis, reducing inflammation, cancer treatment, and prevention, Helping with sleep and relaxation, treating cold symptoms.

 Bladderwrack
Seaweed is used for obesity, arthritis, joint pain, “hardening of the arteries” (arteriosclerosis), digestive disorders, heartburn, “blood cleansing,” constipation, bronchitis, emphysema, urinary tract disorders, and anxiety. Other uses include boosting the immune system and increasing energy.

Burdock Root
Increases urine flow, kill germs, reduce fever, and “purify” their blood. It is also used to treat colds, cancer, anorexia nervosa, gastrointestinal (GI) complaints, joint pain (rheumatism), gout, bladder infections, complications of syphilis, and skin conditions including acne and psoriasis.

Willow bark

Acts a lot like aspirin, so it is used for pain, including headache, muscle or joint pain, menstrual cramps, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis, gout, and a disease of the spine called ankylosing spondylitis. Great for reducing fever. Willow bark is also used for the common cold, flu, and weight loss

Lavender

Helps reduce insomnia, anxiety, hair loss, headaches, chemotherapy side effects, acne, burns, eczema and dry skin,wound healing, mood issues

Catnip herb

Biggest health benefit is the calming effect that it can have on the body. Catnip contains nepetalactone, which is similar to the valepotriates found in a commonly used herbal sedative, valerian. This can improve relaxation , which may boost mood and reduce anxiety, restlessness, and nervousness. Historically, catnip was used for diarrhea, gas, and stomach cramps. It's said to relieve muscle spasms in the intestinal tract. Drinking catnip tea may soothe the digestive system. Many groups of people have traditionally used catnip tea to relieve infants' colic and help babies to sleep at night.

Sage

Is used for digestive problems, including loss of appetite, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, bloating, and heartburn. It is also used for reducing overproduction of perspiration and saliva; and for depression, memory loss, and Alzheimer's disease.

Rosemary

Is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which are thought to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Rosemary is considered a cognitive stimulant and can help improve memory performance and quality. It is also known to boost alertness, intelligence, and focus
